At the 48th Founder’s Day Luncheon hosted by the NCNW Greater New Haven Section, Charles Grady was honored as Man of the Year. This recognition celebrates his unwavering commitment to service, leadership, and community impact. Through his work, Charles has embodied the luncheon’s theme — “Our Voice. Our Power. Together, Our Future.” — by uplifting others, creating opportunities, and setting an example of integrity and resilience.
