Each year, the Connecticut Hall of Change (founded by Charlie Grady) recognizes eight remarkable individuals known as the “Great 8.” These graduates have transformed their lives from past involvement in the criminal justice system to becoming positive, contributing members of society. The program highlights redemption, resilience, and community impact, showing that change is possible and powerful.
